Academy Division

The Academy consists of carefully graduated Vaganova based levels of classical ballet training. Each level is designed to allow safe progression within the curriculum. Class levels are age appropriate and are based on the student’s level and development. Placement in the Academy is based on many factors including, but not limited to, age, muscle and bone development, mental and social maturity, work ethic, years of previous ballet training and potential. Advancement within the divisions is based on benchmark achievements and through an informal exam process.
